When asked for the corporate number the reply is only the property manager can give that to me and she is always out of the office or busy on the phone. I apologize on behalf of Elite at 285 for your experience. As with anywhere you go, there is a chain of command.
Unit 19B Rent, Fees and Availability
This place used to be great but when the management changed things turn bad. We went a whole week without water with no notice. Maintenance takes forever to fix things. They even told us once that they were making renovations and that was more important. During business hours the phones don't get answered.

City Park is proudly situated near some of the top restaurants and entertainment options in our backyard. Visit Cascades Springs Nature reserve or spend a day at Six Flags Over Georgia, just 10 minutes away. 1 year in which my master bath is not working. Six months in which my second bath is leaking from upstairs and now has mold and a hole in the ceiling. No smoke detector since I moved in 2 years ago. And just found out I could have died from carbon monoxide because a duct in my heating unit was broke.

I feel like for the cost of rent a month they want it isn’t worth it . I’m not pleased I wish I knew this poor to signing the lease . Elite at 285 is an apartment community located in Clayton County and the ZIP Code. This area is served by the Clayton County attendance zone. I don't feel they provide enough safety for me and my family. The people in the neighborhood steal light bulbs from in front of your door.

I've been here for 4 years now, when I first moved out here they had security and it was quiet. If you don't believe me, look up the name of the apartments.. Kids are disrespectful, management doesn't care. There's a lady in the office that is so nasty and so rude.. That's how they trap people moving in.. From bed bugs in certain people apartments to the Maintenance men not fixing nothing..
I was told by the manager to leave her alone is tgat the way to talk to residents. Please 2nd 3rd and 4th guess this place . The will tell you lies daily but I have all recorded phone calls to verify my statement . As a single parent that works everyday the last thing I need to worry about is my kids gone be in a apartment b4 Xmas or do we have to live out of boxes .
The kids in the neighborhood have no respect for the property or the adults that live here. I just moved in and my toilets don’t work I’m missing doors my door knobs are missing, I don’t have a stove or refrigerator. The kids were jumping up and down on my uhaul and they were very disrespectful. There was loud music being played and dudes had their car in the middle of the road doors open just talking and smoking. With so much space to enjoy outside the city, West Atlanta delights with a plenty of parks and green spaces in addition to the Chattahoochee that forms its western border.
